All BMAV members are warmly invited to the December meeting of this popular and engaging special interest group. This month's topic will be reinventing aging with speaker Aubrey Reinmiller, owner of Vitality Fitness and author of the Amazon Best Seller, "Reinvent Aging." Aubrey will give a talk about the ins and outs of balance and the best exercises to help you improve your balance, strength, and vitality.
