CarFit Drive-Thru
In collaboration with AAA, AARP, The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) and Kensington Park Senior Living. There's a lot more to safe driving than how you drive. Having the proper fit inside your vehicle can make a big difference and help protect you and those around you.
During this event, our trained volunteers will provide you with a quick, yet comprehensive, assessment to ensure that you and your vehicle are working together optimally. From seat adjustments to mirror positioning, we’ll cover it all to make sure you’re getting the safest “fit” in your vehicle.
Schedule a 20-minute timeslot between 9am and 1pm to drive through Kensington Park Senior Living and let our trained experts help you find your ideal "car fit." Then, leave with a lunch to go on us at Kensington Park. Email bballenger@kensingtonsl.com
About CarFit
CarFit is a nationally recognized program dedicated to promoting safe driving practices among older adults. It was created in 2006 in collaboration with AAA, AARP and AOTA to help older drivers find out how well they currently fit their personal vehicle, to highlight actions they can take to improve their fit, and to promote conversations about driver safety and community mobility.
