On Saturday January 18 between 9am and 6pm, drop off gently used and / or new men's, women's and children's clothing donations (also shoes, purses, accessories, jewelry, etc.) to the Edgemoor Club located at 7415 Exeter Road in Bethesda. They are looking for high end items in good to excellent condition that you could imagine your neighbor or friend wearing.

They are also accepting donations of old T-shirts, towels, blankets, linens and any pet related item for the animal shelter but please put these items in a separate bag.

On Sunday, January 19th, between 10am and 5pm, "shop" at the Edgemoor Club for great "new to you" items and make a donation directly to either the Washington Tennis Education Foundation (WTEF), Bethesda Cares or a third environmental / conservation charity yet to be determined. Items are not specifically priced, though you are expected to donate in accordance with the value of the items. Donations can be made with cash or by check written directly to any of the charities.

You don't need to donate clothes to shop and vice versa.

Items not exchanged for monetary donations will be donated to the National Center for Children and Families. Items not suitable for NCC will be donated to the Humane Rescue Alliance. Fur items not exchanged will be donated to Cuddlecoats. High end cocktail dresses and gowns will be donated to BCC's "Once Upon a Prom". In addition soft activewear will be given to the Kensington Rehabilitation Home.
