Our guest speaker is Ken Hartman, director of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Regional Services Center and County Executive Marc Elrich's representative for our area. Ken strives to connect the residential, commercial, non-profit and local government communities to each other. He knows just about everything that’s going on in Bethesda (and beyond), especially in terms of development and transportation, and what's on the horizon.
